At Stomping Grounds, the experience is never built by one corner of the café working alone and hoping for the best. Our hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry kitchen, açai bar and coffee bar all work together to create the kind of visit people actually remember, not just politely nod about on the way out.

A lot of what we do has been shaped by our customers. Some menu items have come from regulars ordering something so often that we eventually gave in and made it official. Sensible, really. When someone keeps building the same dish better than your own menu team, you listen.

We’re also developing our Frame of Fame, featuring some of our much loved regulars on rotation throughout the year, because if you’ve supported us enough to become part of the furniture, the least we can do is put you slightly above the furniture.

We created a cooler, more comfortable outdoor seating area in response to customer feedback, because apparently people enjoy fresh air but don’t enjoy melting into their chair. Dubai does keep us humble like that.

We also have a dedicated prayer room, something that has been deeply appreciated by many of our guests and reflects what we’ve always believed: hospitality is not just about food and coffee. It’s about making people feel considered, comfortable and genuinely welcome.
